HOW TO USE: Apply lip topper over matte liquid lipsticks for the most dramatic effect.  When any of the Aromi lip toppers are applied over any of the matte liquid lipstick shades, lips will have a glittery appearance that will shift in color depending on the angle.  Apply to bare lips for a subtle, shimmery lip.  This lip topper can also be used as a highlighter.  Allow product to fully dry.
